CentOS8でNginxをインストールしてみる

CentOS8でNginxをインストールしてみる

Nginxをインストール。

$ sudo dnf -y install nginx

1.14.1がインストールされた。

$ nginx -v
nginx version: nginx/1.14.1

自動起動の設定。

$ sudo systemctl enable --now nginx

自動起動が設定され、起動した状態になっている。

$ systemctl is-enabled nginx
enabled

$ systemctl status nginx
● nginx.service - The nginx HTTP and reverse proxy server
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/nginx.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
   Active: active (running) since Wed 2021-01-27 06:22:08 UTC; 14min ago
・・・

ブラウザからアクセスすると、Nginxのページが表示される。

ちなみに、default.confは存在しない。

$ cat /etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf
cat: /etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf: No such file or directory

下記の回答によるとCentOS8では、default.confは作られないみたい。
